Live Course Batches: Valid for 365–400 days from the batch start date. Recorded (VOD) Courses: Validity will be mentioned on the course product page.
Not all courses allow video downloads. Users may download up to 5 videos at a time within the app. Downloaded videos are accessible only within the app and cannot be transferred. Download feature is not available on the website.
Batch changes can be requested within 30 days of purchase. After this period, batch change requests may not be accepted due to tax and administrative processing.
Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only in the following cases: Duplicate payment made by the user Payment deducted but course not activated Verified technical issues preventing access to purchased content Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
